The Annual Membership Passes pay for themselves within 3 visits to the Zoo; while the Family Annual Membership pay for themselves with only 2 visits to the Zoo. Both membership options are great gifts that keeps on giving year-round.

Looking for a unique experience? Consider a Behind the Scenes Animal Encounter tour at the Zoo!
You will be brought behind the scenes of some pretty amazing animal enclosures. Your choice includes: Cougars, Hippos, Red Pandas, Rhino, Ring-Tailed Lemur, and Wallabies
All Behind the Scenes Animal Encounters are based on availability and subject to change according to the animal's welfare. Please note that we are primarily a hands-off facility and do not offer opportunities to touch the animals.

The Greater Vancouver Zoo is excited to offer a Professional Development Day event on October 25th. Please purchase your tickets in advance and join us for engaging workshops, educational tours, trains, and more!
Our Workshops will discuss the Greater Vancouver Zoo's role in conservation. We will be highlighting the partnership with Wildlife Preservation Canada and their work with the Western Painted Turtle, Taylor Checkerspot Butterfly, and the Oregon Spotted Frog. See the conservation in action in the Turtle Lab open house.
Be sure to sign up for one of our educational tours and sample our Field Trip Programs. This will be the perfect opportunity to experience a visit to the GVZoo through the eyes of a student, as well as provide the chance to ask questions. Don't forget to stop by the Discovery Center with grade-specific activities designed to promote exploration, learning and discovery!
Included in your package will be tickets for our Safari Train and vouchers for Starbucks Brewed Coffee at our Oasis Kitchen. Be among the the first 100 educators to register and receive additional goodies!

Please note: The Greater Vancouver Zoo will offer train rides and Keeper talks on a first-come, first-served basis. Workshops and tours are limited to 30 individuals. So be sure to sign up online!
