The Greater Vancouver Zoo is excited to offer Access Day 2024 on Thursday May 23rd. Come visit animals from around the world and collect stamps on your Zoo Passport!

Access Day is specifically designated to be accessible for all individuals. Gates open at 9:00am and activities will run from 10:00am - 2:00pm.

Sensory stations and activities can be found throughout the Zoo and depicted on the map.

Mesozoic Adventure will be muted from 9:00am - 11:00am, and all dinosaur roars will be quieter for the rest of the day.

The Discovery Centre, located next to Oasis Kitchen, will act as a "Quiet Space".

In respect to those attending Access Day, the Safari Express Train will not be operating until after 2:00pm.

**Special Entrance available from 9:00am - 12:00pm. Bus parking is free and staff will be onsite to help direct.
**One personal care attendant is free per individual. (Please note Access 2 cards are not required at this time but will be required when visiting again in the future.)
